What is this?

I have been enjoying hellofresh for a couple of months now. I've recently noticed that some of my pork chops seem to have White coloration on one side. These two came in the same bag and look the same. The one on the left I flipped over to allow for a better comparison. I will admit that I cooked these, and they tasted just fine. Did not smell off before I got going either. I have not noticed pork chops looking like this from the grocery store here. Thank you in advance!
