This is my early morning routine, where I wake up early. I’ve been an early riser ever since and this has been a habit to me, because I want to enjoy my day.
Focaccia di Recco :
50% organic artisan bread flour
50% high mountain flour
60% hydration
2% salt
20% sourdough starter
(you can add or use instant yeast)
I use Brie cheese instead of Crescenza
Bake @ (preheated) 500F 12 minutes
