Every time I try and log on via the web I get this page. Now when I try and go to the help centre on the app I get it too. It’s preventing me from cancelling and I am more frustrated than ever so will absolutely be cancelling- once I am able too!!
Any advice here?? I literally cannot seem to access any parts of the help centre or the website itself.
