Could anyone help me with the instructions on this?

I have had this in my freezer for some time and haven’t made it because I don’t understand the instructions. I tried using the google translate option where you hover over the text with your camera and it’s not coming out coherently. I really want to eat this but don’t know how to prepare it :/
