    **INGREDIENTS**

    * 2 large eggs room temperature
    * 1/2 cup heavy cream
    * 1 cup flaked almonds or flaked coconut

    * ¼ cup walnuts or pecans, chopped

    **INSTRUCTIONS**

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and prep 8×8″ pan.
    2. Combine dry ingredients: almond flour, flaxseed meal or coconut flour, flaked almonds or coconut, shredded coconut, nuts, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, sweetener, salt.
    3. Whisk wet ingredients: eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract.
    4. Mix wet into dry until thick.
    5. Pour into pan.
    6. Bake 30-35 mins till golden and edges crisp.
    7. Cool briefly, slice, and serve warm with keto-friendly toppings.
