Our coffee shop will open a branch which is more on matcha and I am currently experimenting for Matcha Chocolate fusion.

5grams latte grade
45ml hot water
50ml milk

50ml of chocolate monin
50ml milk

Then additional 50ml milk

The taste for me is good and in balance. Any other tips?

    Hi! This looks really good 😊 Today I also made myself a chocolate-matcha 😀 I just ranomly added Callebaut choco to a coconut milk matcha latte.
    Maybe you could add 33% heavy cream. I made up an “iced chocolate” recipe and I use 100 g milk and 50 g heavy cream. 🙂

    How have I never thought to add chocolate to matcha? That’s a great idea! I will say, do try to remove the bowls from the scale when you’re mixing them as it can damage or cause inaccurate readings of the scale. Looks tasty!
