I’ve been currently in a soondae mood and my local Korean mart wasn’t selling any fresh ones so I tried this frozen one and it was not good. I prefer the variation with mostly springy noodles and less blood chunks if that makes sense.
Guess I have to return n get more bc this craving is insane 😅

Damn, lived in korea for most of my life and never knew that brand exsited.
I would never get frozen prepackaged Soondae. The process to make it really needs care and attention. It can go bad really easily.
