The best instant Jajjangmyun is the Paldo. Don’t get the ones with the powder. You’ll thank me later. Boil the sauce packets in hot water don’t microwave them.

    I have never even heard of a paldo jajangmeon ramen. Are these like a thing that’s more commonly sold outside of Korea?

    Yes!! I like to boil the noodles, then saute some zucchini, onion and whatever protein I have laying around, add the sauce packet to it with a little bit of water then pour over the noodles.

    So amazing that way!

    Ok, so Paldo Jjajangmyeon is objectively better, but my brain says Chapagetti is the best because nostalgia and nothing can ever taste as good haha
