one of the biggest questions that I get
all the time is what can I cook for
dinner when I don’t have a lot of time
so today I’m going to give you five
meals that you you can cook in your
kitchen in 10 minutes or less let’s head
to the
stove first thing we’re going to do
we’re using some spaghetti noodles we’re
going to cook those up this is going to
be an amazing garlic lemon shrimp dish
pasta dish first off I like to break my
pasta in half you don’t have
to while our pasta is cooking we’re
going to go ahead heat up a little olive
oil and butter in our Skillet once your
butter has melted we’re going to go
ahead in and add our shrimp in cook them
about 2 minutes on each
side I’ll be using some of my Pam prep
seasoning to season them
up right here in the skillet so it can
blend in with that
butter go ahead flip them over two
minutes on the second side
turn your Skillet down to medium low and
remove the
shrimp go in with some
[Music]
garlic get that
sauté red pepper flakes you can leave
these out if you don’t want the
heat stir that in for about 30 seconds
or so
add in some heavy
cream stir that
up and let it thicken in the meantime go
ahead and drain your
pasta now we’re going to add in just a
tad bit of salt some grated Parmesan
cheese and lemon
zest stir stir that all in and let it
sit for about a minute to start to
[Music]
thicken from here go ahead and add back
in your
pasta stir that in really well let that
sauce get all into the
pasta add a squeeze of lemon
in and your shrimp
sprinkle a little parsley on
top flour tortilla shells are a LIF
Saver in this recipe and we’re using
salsa not sauce because it all already
has green peppers and onions and
everything that you would want on top of
your pizza in it you can still use pizza
sauce if you like if you don’t want all
the bell peppers and onions and things
in itpp it off with some
[Music]
pepperonis and you can customize this to
make it however you like it now we’re
going in with the mozzarella cheese that
we just shredded
pop this in a 425° oven until the cheese
has melted o look at that look at that
looks delicious I’m going to top off it
a little bit with my oregano from my
garden at the scaredy cat gardener on
[Music]
YouTube quick and easy and kids will
love this one too they can build their
own
[Music]
we are using leftover chicken tenders
you just want to slice them because we
are making a citrus chicken
salad
delicious before we actually build our
salad we’re going to start off to make
our Citrus vinegar red for it take a
half an orange squeeze the juice
I like to use a strainer just in case
there’s any seeds that come out add in a
little white wine
vinegar olive
oil add a dash of
salt and a drizzle of
Honey stir well to
combine you can always add more or less
of your honey and you can omit the salt
if you don’t want it here we have a bed
of lettuce greens to it I’m going to add
some spinach
leaves cucumber
slices and orange
slices add in our chicken
[Music]
give your vinegarette another stir
before you
pour and drizzle it
[Music]
on now we’re going to add in some pasta
for our next dish I am using some Pine
pasta all right while your pasta is
cooking for our smoked sausage and pasta
dish add a couple of tablespoons of
olive oil to a skillet on medium high
heat add in your smoked
sausage do keep in mind that with all of
these recipes you can double or even
triple the amount for more of a complete
family
meal okay cook your sausage until it
gets some color on it and then we can
add in the rest of our ingredients drain
your sausage until you have only about
a teaspoon of oil left in there and it
should have nice good color on it add in
your bell peppers
I am using red bell peppers yellow bell
peppers and green bell
peppers
something as well as some sliced onions
we want to sauté this all
together getting all that good flavor on
there
you can use any pasta sauce you want I
am using some vodka sauce because I had
some left over from another
dish add in tomato
paste stir in about a half a cup of
water and you want to hmer this for
maybe about 1 or 2
minutes add your pasta
in and toss stir simmer with the pasta
for one more
minute next dish is a quick ham and rice
stir Fred dish okay so I’m adding add in
about a tablespoon or two of olive
oil from there we’re going in with our
onions sauté
those you can go ahead and add your ham
in this is precooked
ham you can use chicken you can leave it
out all together you really don’t have
to have any protein you can use a
seafood you can use whatever you want
want you can use turkey
ham the choice is yours going to sauté
this just for maybe about a minute get
the ham good and
heated now I’m going to go in with a
little of
my Pam’s prep allpurpose pleas me
now we’re going to turn up the heat just
a little bit and add in our rice now
this is precooked rice leftover rice if
you don’t have any leftover rice you can
use ready to use rice that works well
go in and add another tablespoon of
olive
oil just so you can get that nice Fry on
the
rice we’re going to add in just a tad
bit of black garlic
going in with soy sauce if you don’t
want to use soy sauce you can use uh
liquid amino acid
now we’re going to add in few of our
peas you can turn your Skillet down at
this point to medium high heat
a little bit more black garlic just
because I love the presentation of how
it
looks be sure to subscribe so you won’t
miss the next video and I will see you
next time the good Lord willing and the
creek don’t rise bye-bye

  1. Pam, all good recipe ideas, looks yummy and easy to make! Love your channel, you are very pleasant and helpful! Thanks😊

  2. I’ve done the “pizza” one multiple times, works great for a quick/easy meal. I have also done it on sandwich thins as well, toasting the inside of the thins first, before adding the ingredients. Love it on multigrain sandwich thins, the most!
