    I don’t have measurements but this is it-

    Find the best wild mushroom package you can find, preferably from a farmers market. You need a lot of mushrooms because they reduce in size so much.

    Start cooking pasta in salted water according to package directions.

    Sautee the mushrooms in grapeseed oil/ medium high heat with no salt until mushrooms have browned up nicely and reduced size significantly. You can also sautee shallots in with these as an option. Reduce heat to low.

    To the mushrooms add grated black pepper, some high quality olive oil and a some salted vegan butter. Also add in a good splash of the pasta cooking water, this is important since it makes it a sauce that coats the pasta.

    Drain and transfer pasta right into the mushroom pan. Toss until well coated. Add follow your heart parm or nootch, toss again. Serve, so easy.
