Picture doesn't do them justice. I'm stuffed and I couldn't even finish it all. May seem a bit higher calorie than some meals here but considering I cut out probably around 200 calories from using konjac rice instead of normal, 100 cals cut out for lower calorie cheese and 50-100ish for wraps, I'm taking the win.
Recipe for two of these plates worth: 500g 5% fat steak mince, 150g chopped white onion, 1 can mixed beans, 80g 50% fat cheese, 4 carb lite wraps, two packets of taco seasoning, chilli powder or chilli flakes, 1 pack of barenaked rice.
Fry off the onions in a pan with either some of the taco seasoning or cumin, garlic salt, paprika and chilli powder. Add in the beef and brown before adding the taco seasoning and a splash of water. Cook until beef is done and then add the rice and two minutes later add the drained beans. Get your tortillas ready, put the cheese on them and then your beef rice and beans. Good luck trying to close them up without ripping them!

I loveee burritos man. Never thought you could make them healthy until I discovered low cal whole wheat tortillas + low fat shredded cheese, eggs, ground chicken/Turkey, etc
