    I am in Japan as I am reading this and I can see why your account got deleted (if that is even possible). These guys have a pretty broad diet but this is not remotely ramen-like.

    I’m sure it tastes great and you enjoy it a lot, but it definitely looks horrifying.

    Here’s a basic cooking technique/”hack” just for you. You may find it more pleasant to mix your egg with a small amount of Japanese mayo or milk or something and then very very gradually add your hot broth, mixing quickly and thoroughly. This will result in a smoother and creamier broth and that’s how I like it.

    P.S. Love the boiled egg, it’s done absolutely perfectly for ramen.
