Mission Carb Balance Sun-Dried Tomato Tortilla
3oz White Button Mushroom
2oz Spinach
2oz Yellow Bell Pepper
2oz Red Onion
2Tbsp Sabra Red Pepper Hummus
1 slice Provolone
Roasted 6oz baby asparagus 10min @ 400F in salt, pepper, & 1tsp oil.
All other veggies rolled in a bit of leftover oil from the asparagus, then sautéed in water. Onion & bell pepper first, then mushrooms, & finally spinach. Hummus spread on the tortilla, topped with hot veggies & provolone.
