hey cousins welcome back to cooking with
hinnisol
this week’s tutorial is a quick and easy
yet so so good recipe
that can be made in 30 minutes or less
and guess what y’all
it’s budget friendly oh child you don’t
get no better than that i’m talking
about my parmesan panko crusted tilapia
now before we jump into it go ahead and
hit the subscribe button
as well as the notification bell so you
can meet me here every thursday when i
drop a new video
so to get started what we need is some
freshly grated parmesan cheese
so go ahead and break out your grater
and bring your muscle
because nobody told me this was part of
kanye’s workout plan
yo my arm is still hurting today now see
why my kids never wanted to grate cheese
but nonetheless you’re going to grate
two cups of your parmesan cheese and
toss it into a bowl
and then we’re just going to move right
on over and we’re going to chop
up 1 4 cup of our fresh parsley
now once your parsley is all chopped up
you’re just going to toss it in the bowl
with your parmesan cheese
now it did look like i had a little bit
too much so i didn’t use it all but i
really did like the way
the colors played with each other so i
went ahead and used all of the parsley
go ahead and mix and combine completely
and then we’re going to go ahead and
start to season it up
what we’re going to be using is a
tablespoon of
paprika garlic powder a half a
tablespoon
of onion powder and then one teaspoon of
salt
so at this point guys you already know
what to do go ahead and mix and get it
completely combined
and then as soon as we do we’re just
going to go ahead and add our panko
we’re using one cup of panko for this
recipe
so now that our mixture is all done
let’s just go ahead and get the fish
prep to go in the oven
we are going to be using a baking dish
that we lined with full but we’re also
going to spray it down with a little bit
of nonstick olive oil spray
then we’re going to drizzle some olive
oil on top of our fish as well as
coating it on the front and the back
this is all to prevent it from sticking
now we’re just going to lightly season
the top i’m using some saturn’s
blackened seasoning but you can use
whatever you like
but now it’s pretty much time to bread
our fish now
for this part make sure you’re pressing
your breading into your fish
to make sure it stays intact throughout
the cooking process and repeat over all
of your pieces of fish
now i love this mixture so i’ll top mine
off with just a little bit of extra but
we’re going to throw this in the oven on
400 degrees
uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes and voila
baby girl came out so cute now this can
be paired with just about any size so
have fun with it guys
go ahead and plate garnish squeeze a
little bit of lemon juice
and there you have it as always i had
such a good time making this video for
you
i hope you enjoyed watching make sure to
like comment and subscribe
meet me here every thursday when i drop
a new video and as always
success is your birthright and i want
you to go out there and get it

This was so good girl! I could eat multiple pieces of this…then i would need to workout, but at least the shredding counts as part of Kanye workout plan 🤣 great video as always!
Wow this looks so tasty! I've never cooked tilapia but I'm loving this crust! Looks excellent, well done!
Yup you’ve done it again! I can’t wait to make this because I live for a quick meal.

One of the few ways to cook Talipa, nice job. It looks delicious.
This is one of the best tilapia recipes I saw on Youtube!! I'm so hungry right now 🤤🤤🤤
🤤🤤🤤
Look so yummy – thanks for sharing 😊
This recipe has become a family favorite. Because my dads diabetic we omit the panko to make it carb free and he loves it! It’s comes together quickly so it’s great on a busy weekday.
