this is pesto chicken so month back I
went to this restaurant and I tasted
this and I was amazed by it so I thought
let’s try to recreate this at home so we
started by blanching some basil and
boiling water and then shock them in the
Ice Bar then in a blender add the basil
some almonds traditionally I know we use
fine nuts but if you don’t want to spend
1500 bucks use almonds then three to
four garlic cloves half a cup of grated
Parmesan cheese whole lot of olive oil
then let’s move on to the chicken so we
marinate the chicken with some salt
pepper and oil and then sear it on high
heat until you get this golden brown and
crispy exterior with a juicy inside now
see all the juices left in the pan
that’s liquid gold right there so first
we need some final garlic and onion and
we fry them until it’s translucent then
I also added some veggies like bell
peppers and baby corn soldered them on
high heat and then added a cup of cream
along with the pesto mix it well and
then add your chicken then cook it in
the sauce for 10 to 15 minutes add a
little bit of water if needed and that’s
done

    Mfs bucks means any currency. People abroad sometimes don't say 120 dollars but 120 bucks . TF are u guys so pressed about. Some people grew up saying bucks . Grow the fuck up
