Love a “creamy” pasta.
This is a famous dish from Carbone restaurant. I used onion, garlic, red chili flakes, soy chorizo, tomato paste, vodka, silk heavy whipping ”cream”, vegan butter and vegan Parmesan for the sauce.
Added cooked noodles, tossed, then topped with more vegan Parmesan.
Absolutely delicious 10/10 would recommend.
