About 1.5dl high quality olive oil, clove of garlic, 20g dried ghost peppers with seeds, some black pepper and 1/3 bay leaf… And don’t panic, i heated it up to 100°C

I’m curious what you use this for? A drizzle on top of a dish instead of olive oil? Do you cook with it? Spicy vinaigrette?
