With the smallest potatoes possible 🤣🤣🤣 not a complaint I don’t actually care if I make wedges or not, not sure why they stopped sending me russet potatoes though.

Really common to get these with the vast majority of potato sides in my experience I usually just cut them a bit thicker than I would for russet potatoes and they work out fine

They make like an entire pan of wedges though. They’re just a side!!

I like making little wedges, they cook better and faster! Plus those will definitely give you two servings so I don’t see an issue here

The smallest are iffy, but in my experience the middle to large of those are fine if you quarter them. It’s not quite the same, but it works.
