Stupid name, but seriously delicious burger.
This is named after that viral crockpot recipe, Crack Chicken, where they combine bacon, cheddar, and ranch with cream cheese and chicken. I did not come up with the Crack Burger idea, but I had to make my own version.
The best part is that the cheddar crisps up on the outside of the burger as it sears, creating a crispy cheese skirt. Oh my damn I’m making these again tomorrow.
Horrible name. Why not just make a sauce with that stuff and keep the meat pure? It’s flat trailer meatloaf.

Some of these clowns acting like bacon cheddar Ranch hasn’t been a popular amazing crack-esque flavor for decades. This shit looks absolutely phenomenal and it looks nothing like meatloaf. If people were eating all beef meatloaf then they’ve never eaten a good meatloaf in their life. Meatloaf without pork is just simply beef loaf.
