I used 1 block of tofu split in half then cut into these rectangles, then seasoned them with salt, garlic & onion powder, parsley, and gochugaru.

I then fried them in some olive oil on high heat browning each side (I never use cornstarch to fry tofu)

For the sauce I mixed:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp agave
1 1/2 tbsp sriracha
Small amount of cornstarch slurry (mix w water, slowly stir into sauce until thickened)

The string beans were $2 a bag at my local Walmart! It all started w those lol, I snipped the ends, washed and dried them before adding them into a hot wok with butter, salt, & red chili flakes.

Once they were bright green I added what I think was about 6/7 cloves of minced garlic n cooked a bit longer(even added a bit more butter hehe)

I sliced some cucumbers & made some jasmine rice, got fancy w the plating but I’m proud of this dish! Hope ya’ll try & enjoy šŸ˜†
