Pork loin roast – 3h @ 142F enough?

Hey guys,

Time sensitive question, I butterflied a large pork loin that I stuffed with pork belly and herbs. I only have 3h in front of me for SV. Do you think it’ll be enough? Would ideally have went for 4h.

Should I increase temperature slightly to speed up things?

Going to finish it in a cast iron skillet.
