.5 tsp matcha powder
.5 tbsp sugar
4oz hot water
4oz coconut milk
Dissolve matcha powder and .5 tbsp sugar in hot water using electric whisk then add 4oz coconut milk
6 strawberries
.5 tbsp sugar
4oz coconut milk
Using an immersion blender or blender of your choice, combine strawberries, sugar, and coconut milk and blend until no lumps. For a higher concentration of strawberry milk use 2oz of coconut milk
Add ice to preferred cup and pour in matcha mixture. Then pour strawberry mixture on top of matcha mixture.

Yesssss! I’ve been making a protein strawberry matcha some days! I add a scoop of vanilla protein powder instead of milk/milk alt and sugar. Sometimes some sf white chocolate syrup….. Gets me through the afternoon n so so good! The strawberries really make a difference they’re so good. I like mine blended sometimes n will use frozen strawberries and blend ice into it too. Depends on my mood n the weather haha mines around 150 cals because 130cals for protein powder and I use about 20 cals of strawberries id say. I don’t track the matcha because it’s 5 cals and I don’t track that or coffee if I have only a cup or 2. But that’s just me. My caffeine is free lol
