Roasted Oyster mushrooms, shredded cheddar, dill pickles, pickled jalapenos, and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. A top bun made its way on there after the photo and before it went in my mouth.

That looks so good! I’ve mushrooms in lots of dishes and with lots of flavors, but for some reason BBQ hadn’t occurred to me. Thanks for the inspo!
