we’re going to look at at my Italian
Table I have not cooked out of this
cookbook yet it just looks really
awesome and I am looking for some really
fun pasta cookbooks especially like more
than just pasta like Italian food
because there is more to Italian food
than pasta right Katie there’s more
Italian anyway so I’m excited uh to
check this one out it looks amazing this
is by Laura vital or Vali um here we
have an introduction look it is it might
be Nanie Grandma somebody who is
introducing and sharing their recipes
Family Recipes so here we go essential
tools pantry and ingredient Essentials
here we go we have charred bread so we
have our list of ingredients right here
some extra notes throughout this
cookbook it depends on the recipe itself
so some they might have some extra
things like make a heads how to store
what other ingredients you can use we
also have here our instructions it’s
pretty this one’s a pretty easy recipe
let’s look at the Kio eepe AR Aryan
Chini or Aon Chini so we have all of our
list of ingredients there and then we
have a blurb about this dish then our
instructions just so you’re aware
everything is in US measurements it is
not metric I love this it looks
beautiful it’s like little macarony
cheese bites here we have a grilled
scorza some of these I’ve never heard of
before and I’m excited to learn more
about Italian cuisine my favorite
marinated roasted
Peppers that’s really nice so on the
very bottom of each chapter you are
every page you will see what chapter
you’re actually in so this says before
dinner snacking so nice little apps this
is really fun this ooh are these
Croquettes they look like it it’s zaple
e peerot i I’m sorry for butchering
everything about that that is what this
looks like this looks amazing I would
have a hard time like stopping myself
from eating
muscles
gratinate so this still is some
appetizers for the evening uh this is
beautiful amazing artichokes they’re
stuffed
delicious uh bagna
CA another awesome side dish you can
have let’s go forward and talk about
some of these mans so we have quick and
easy mans this is

scallopine look at that looks beautiful
and we can have different sides here
with this it also talks about you can
use more than just ve you can use
chicken you can use a sirloin so I like
the notes Here in case you need some
changes in the recipe this is a frittata
D materon this looks amazing I think
this yeah it is noodles it looks like
they’ve fried the noodles in a big pan
flipped it and now you can cut it all
out looks awesome uh we have a pasta al
Norma another really amazing dish it
looks very

cose I am so jealous because I have
Celiac like I don’t get all of the pasta
shapes if you I didn’t have a Celiac and
I could have regular pasta because I am
a little obsessed with the different
pasta shapes like rigatoni I would love
to have some or big pasta stuffed shells
there’s not a lot of options here but
this looks amazing
and you can make these um gluten-free by
using some gluten-free pasta of course
or if you wanted to use a gluten-free
flour for making things vegan that would
be something that’s way more that that
would be difficult um and would require
probably just a lot of knowledge on the
substitutes you might need so this is
definitely not a vegan friendly cookbook
but there are some great vegetarian
dishes in here as well not just um you
know meat dishes like for instance this
one this is a melan zani asarone which
is eggplant stuffed eggplant delicious
Nana’s proper pasta alforno
beautiful I love pasta bakes it’s kind
of a guilty pleasure for me uh Rizzo e
ppet wow that see this is what I’m
talking about getting different dishes
that are using more and just pasta
because that’s all I’m so familiar with
with Italian food tortillini in proto de
vura Vera I
apologize so here’s some great vegetabl
sides and salads towards uh the middle
of the book arugula with fennel and
balsamic very pretty awesome side dish
escaro
pie get all of your vegetables in a pie
a
pepperona another amazing dish I love
the olives so much depth of
flavor melan zani aung Yeti songi
yum lots of great vegetable forward
dishes here Italian chopped salad this
would be great for any side I would say
for a all of the dishes here we have a
grilled peach in barata
salad so much flavor frizzled
mushrooms sweet endings this is cute so
here at the end I love the the big table
setting of all the different desserts
this looks amazing so pretty so this one
is Nana’s crostada def fruta and this
one is the zapo son juppi and I again
sorry my Italian is not up to Snuff we
have an Amaretti and jam crostada that
looks

capris let’s see what we have in the
back do we have any drinks cuz sometimes
they do have some ooh sorbetto all lion
no cocktails it looks like but it they
have oh I apologize there’s a lemon
cello and there’s a boozy strawberry
dish but that’s not really a cocktail
it’s like using booze for the end of the
night having this amazing meal and now
you can have like fruit at the end that
would be so good so this is at my
