My first time ever making ribs. This is at 3hrs following the 321 method.

    I’m personally not a fan of 321 method, to me they become way over cooked. I prefer bite of the bone ribs to fall apart ribs.

    Wrapping…blah blah blah……save the foil for around your hood vents of your oven……

    Looking good! Any pics of the final product? I’ve done wrapped and unwrapped. I like both. If theyre a little too fall-of-the-bone, maybe try wrapping 1.5 hours instead? Enjoy!
