Smoked my first whole chicken

I think I made a couple mistakes, but still turned out really good!

I think I should have lit at least half the coals and dumped them in. I did some, but the right side didn't catch at all. Temp stayed a very constant 350f. Cooked it about an hour and thirty five minutes

I had the top and bottom holes about half way open
