Ingredients:
– 1 each (15 oz) can of: pinto, black & white northern beans
– 2 small tomatoes
– 1 cup red, orange, yellow small peppers
– 1/2 red onion
– 1/4 cup fresh basil
– 1 tbls granulated garlic
– 1/4 cup Olive oil
– 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
– 1 tbls local honey
– 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper.
