My husband was officially promoted to Major in the US Army. I made cupcakes for his promotion ceremony!
The US flag cupcakes are red velvet with Ermine frosting. The second are berries n' cream (vanilla bean cupcake filled with mixed berry compote and topped with mascarpone whipped cream).
