The only change I made was adding 1 additional egg (as I read in the comments of a previous post here). That was def a good call.
We try to do meatless Mondays in iur house, and i was excited to finally try these after being inspired by a previous post a month or two back.
I would rate these 9/10. The texture is the closest thing to a real beef burger I’ve ever had. The flavor was really good and it held together perfectly. I topped it with mayo, dill pickles, and shredded Swiss cheese.

Second time I’ve seen a post about these burgers the last few weeks. They’re on the list and I’ll remember to add an extra egg. I have meatless meals all day everyday so I’m excited!
