Ok so I’m from Mexico and I’ve had some amazing fried sushi over there that I cannot seem to find here. I am looking for this type of breading/coating. I’ve seen a few places that have “flash fried” but it just is not the same. If anyone knows a place like this I’d really appreciate it, been craving this for months.
