What was this restaurant called?

It may have been called “Room <some number>.”

We went in 2018, and I don’t think it was open much earlier or later than that. My photo info tells me it was located on Congress between 3rd and 4th (or possibly 3rd or 4th right off Congress), and I remember it was in an upstairs space. Near elephant room, possibly in the same building but I don’t think so.

The food was high end Mexican fusion, in a prixe fix format. The mole was insanely good, like best I’ve ever had in any country. It was a small restaurant with only a few bar seats around an open kitchen.

The chef was a nice guy. I remember tattoos but maybe just the kind of person you’d expect to have tattoos.

We are trying to remember all of our anniversary dinners and this is the only one we can’t recall the name of.
