    Look, I’m all about burgers being more than a little pink but the outside also needs to be seared enough to have some flavor and texture so yeah ima say this burger is pretty severely undercooked

    the rule to me is.. solid piece of meat can be pink or red in the middle. mince meat should be cooked through, it’s not like it’s chicken and it will probably be ok but yes that is undercooked.

    Fucking idiot finishes 80% of the burger and then asks if he’s going to be okay and if the patty is raw…be rational and either eat it fully as is or be paranoid before eating it or at most, a few bites in…

  18. I cook my fresh ground burgers medium rare like that all the time, but frozen burgers is another story. The meat will still be cold inside at that color.

    Yes… didn’t know even render any fat (flavor) out of the beef. Not judging, if you like raw meat, eat raw meat. But what’s the point of even firing up the grill?

    I wouldn’t call it raw, but I also wouldn’t call it cooked. I might eat my steak at that point, but not ground meat.
