In which I will tell you how to make
Cream kunafa in Arabic style
Today I will tell you, how can we make cream kunafa, without oven
what are the things we use in it, I am going to show you completely, so

To make Kunafa, first of all we
take 500 grams of Kunafa dough from here only. If you want If you don’t get kunafa dough, you
can use savaiya or lachha here, so I have taken kunafa dough,
now we have to cut it into small pieces, if you want, you
can also break it with hands. All you have to do is grind it into small pieces, after cutting the kunafa into small pieces,
now we have to roast it. For roasting, we have taken a pan here, we
have to add one cup of butter in it, whose weight will be 250 grams. Now melt the butter thoroughly. After melting
, we will add the small pieces of Kunafa that we had kept and
roast them well. We have to roast the Kunafa properly.
Here itself, we will slow down the flame and roast it properly. The kunafa dough has to be roasted
so that the kunafa dough does not burn and it is roasted well so that
it gets color, then it will take 10 to 15 minutes. As soon as you roast it properly,
it should start getting color in slow flame. When it gets browned properly in this manner,
after that you have to turn off the flame and keep it aside.
Later we will add sugar syrup in it. For this, first we make sugar syrup.
For that we took a pan. Add one cup of sugar whose weight will be
250 grams. Also add one cup of water whose weight will be 250 ml. Now
mix both of them well. After mixing, leave it to boil
like this. It will boil, we add lemon in it so that whatever dirt is there
can be removed. Now after cooking it for 5 minutes, we turn off the flame. This syrup
is ready, we do not want to thicken it too much. Now here we cream. To make the filling,
we have added 1 liter milk in a pan along with it
we have to add 1/4 cup sugar whose weight will be 60 grams, along with that we have to add
1/4 cup corn flour. Its weight will be 60 grams. Now we have to mix it well first
so that there is no grain left anywhere. After that we will start the
flame. After starting the flame, you have to stir it continuously. If you leave it,
it will stick to the bottom. If it burns then we have to thicken it well while stirring the continuously
As it becomes thick, we will slow down the flame, after that we will add cheese
cream whose weight will be 160 grams. If you are not getting cheese cream then you can buy it here.
You can also use thick cream. If you do not get thick cream then you
can also use mozzarella cheese here. To make your cream,
I have used cheese cream here, 160 grams. Now mix it well. First
let’s mix, after mixing we will add 1 tablespoon blossom water to it. If you
are not able to get blossom water then you can also use rose water here.
Now after mixing it well, cook for 5 minutes and then see. When it becomes thick,
we turn it off. As it cools down, it will become more thick.
Once the cream is ready, keep it aside. Now, the Kunafa that we
had roasted and kept here, Now let’s take the sugar syrup that we
have prepared and add it here, so here we
have used one cup of sugar syrup whose weight will be 250 ml. Now start the flame and cook it
in slow flame for 10 minutes. For this, we have to roast it again.
Let’s look at the Kunafa dough with sugar syrup. After roasting it properly for 10 minutes, its color should get good,
after that we turn it off. Now we will show you how to make Kunafa.
To make Kunafa, you will need a molder of round size or you
can also take a square one, so here I have taken a cake molder. If you do not have a molder,
then in this way, take a molder of round size along with it. You can also make Kunafa by placing a plate in it.
Now we will layer the roasted Kunafa here
in half, after that we will arrange it well so that it
does not open, you can also use a spoon to arrange the glass. You can also do this by arranging the cream well
. After arranging it well, add the cream that we had prepared here in the middle.
After adding it well in the middle, it will also set well.
After our cream gets set properly, we will add it to it and add the remaining roasted Kunafa.
After adding it properly, now we
will press it again and set it well so that it doesn’t opens, when it is set properly,
then leave it to rest for at least an hour so that
it can set properly. When it is set properly for an hour, then
add garnishing to it
