I’ve been having a bit of fun doing a bit of baking, and I had a ton of zucchini lying around. This is super simple:

Mix everything in the ingredients (slides 3 and 4) except the yogurt and sweetener. You can sub a protein powder of your choice, and the “serving” of cinnamon I used was 1 TBSP.

Bake @ 350F for 35 minutes, and cool.

Mix the yogurt and sweetener of your choice.

For the whole cake: 369 calories, 38g protein.

I divide mine up into quarters and each slice is 92 calories with 14.4g of protein. I refrigerate the leftovers.
