Huge portion of filling soup for the cold weather (I’m in the southern hemisphere).

Followed the recipe below except just used 1 tsp of sesame oil and opted out of the vegetable oil and egg.

Instead, I added lots of veges (zucchini, napa cabbage, bokchoy) and you can feel free to add an egg or some lean meats as well 🙂

The tofu itself is delicious and a great source of protein, 20g protein for 193 calories. I personally don’t like the texture of normal tofu but really like the soft silky texture this has.

Less than 400 cals depending on what you put
