  1. Does anyone know what the ratio with the meat and bread crumbs are?? In one recipe it says 1lb for 1/4 but then 2lb for 1cup.. What impacts the ratio?

    2 lbs ground beef
    1lb italian sausage
    2 egg yolks
    2/3 cup buttermilk
    2 tsp pepper
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp paprika
    2 tsp cayenne
    2 tsp basil
    2 tsp oregano
    1/4 cup parsley
    1/2 cup parmasan, asiago, and romano mixed
    1 cup of bread crumb (or 4 slices of bread in the food processor)
