These turned out amazinggg! I followed littlespoonfarm sourdough English muffin recipe. We ate all of them and now are left with remaining 3. I wonder what to do with them, can I freeze them once they’re already cooked?

    Wow, I still need to try to make them (there are so many type of bread… I need more time XD).

    You can freeze any bread but I think the best thing to do is to not fully cook it (the internal temperature should be above 92°C but under 95 and the color should be pale compared to the fully cooked bread) before freezing so that while it’s heating up it do not dry too much, or you can add a little bit of steam/water while it’s heating (but remove it before it’s done heating)… this is just to get the best result, it will still taste great even if you freeze and reheat.
