Recipe only calls for one tbsp, they sent 3, one of which is a much redder color than the others. Which should I use?

    The harissa powder I get always looks like the red one. The other two looks like there is way to much cumin.

  2. The darker one first. 

    The other two are fine but I’d guess the darker one had more robust flavor.
