I’ve got a blueberry hot sauce that goes great on ice cream sandwiches
Bet it would kickass on breakfast sandwiches
I like it on ice cream or sweetened oatmeal. Also good on PB or PB&J sandwiches.
I like blueberry as a compliment to potent smokey flavors, particularly chipotle.
Other than that, you can’t go wrong with pork.
Realistically blueberries work with most protien. Outside of seafood but I could see it on a nice bass. Pork tenderloin or any cut of steak would go well. Also try adding it to sauces or syrup. Add it to maple for chicken and waffles. Whip it into butter for a biscuit topper. Nice breky sabdo with some Canadian bacon and a hash brown would be fire
Oh man I got blueberry hot sauce and it literally goes with soooo much more than I ever expected! Tacos are amazing with it! Nachos, potatoes and ANY sandwich really are my fav. But I’ve tried it on most things and I am still surprised of the many applications. Honestly though tacos! Do it man! Frito pie, spaghetti or prison tacos all slap lmao
Tried a couple but just don’t like blueberry hot sauces. I want to like them, but… anywho, I hope you enjoy.
