    You pot roasted it though, that’s when it gets all stringy and hard to slice. Overcooked, basically.

    I’m sure everyone who ate this loved it. It looks like you did everything right, just let it hang at the end.

    Pull it an hour or so earlier next time and you’ll be A-1!
