Lynn demonstrates how to make Herb Buttered Potatoes. This is a great side dish for any dinner. From Sandra Lee.

1-1/2 pounds baby red potatoes, sliced in half
½ stick butter, softened
1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
1 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 12-15 minutes. Drain and return them to the pot.

Add the butter, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Gently combine so that all the potatoes are evenly coated.

  1. Liked the video and good recipe that I'll give a try. Thanks. Have you ever tried starting your potatoes in cold water then bringing it up to a boil? Seems to cook more evenly that way. Cheers.

  2. Thank you so much for Posting this I am always skeptical about Sandra Lee’s recipes but this is a good one. I’m home cooking for my mother who is ill (and my worst critic and she even liked it ) bless you😘🙏🏽

  3. Why the HELL are you cooking while wearing Jewelry. Don't you know that can add contaminates to the food? Geezus. I see this ALL THE TIME on YouTube video's…

  4. Delicious 😋 😋, I LOVE this recipe for redskin potatoes with cabbage and corned beef or either pork chops 😋 😉 🎉
