Finally had Roselle Desserts’ maple black walnut honey cake.

I love honey cake and tend to get it anywhere I can find it. This is hands down, the best I’ve ever had. The layers. The cream. The mild crunch from the nuts. It’s one of their seasonal offerings, and I can’t believe I waited years to finally try it. They sell out often, so it’s limited to one slice per person. Had to line up (and I HATE lining up for anything) but so WORTH IT. I’d buy this as a whole cake if they sold it. At least I can preorder. My god, I hate being that person in Toronto that lines up for anything.
