bringing a taste of nostalgia with a
modern twist Mary Beres pineapple upside
down cake join us as we recreate this
classic dessert with Mary ber signature
touch start by creaming together butter
and sugar until they’re light and fluffy
this creates the perfect base for our
cake next add the eggs one at a time
ensuring each is fully Incorporated
before adding the next don’t forget a
splash of vanilla extract for that extra
flavor sift in the flour and baking
powder then gently fold everything
together until just combined be careful
not to overmix now for the fun part
arrange pineapple slices and marcino
cherries in a decorative pattern on the
bottom of a greased cake tin this will
be the top of our cake once it’s flipped
pour the cake batter over the pineapple
and cherries spreading it out evenly to
cover the fruit pop the cake into a
preheated oven and bake until it’s
golden brown and risen to Perfection
once baked carefully invert the cake
onto a serving plate to reveal the
beautiful pineapple topping and there
