I grated white cheddar and gouda, mixed in black pepper, dry mustard, and a BBQ spice blend that I got from The Bar-B-Q shop in Memphis. Served up on some sourdough that I made day before last.

    Looks really good but I don’t think it can be considered a ‘grilled cheese’ once that ham is added.
