My favorite protein smoothie! 230 cals, 30g protein
I always drink this when I want something a little more than a protein bar or a shake. It totally fills me up and is around 230 calories (if you do a full serving of the frozen berries.

You could bump up even a further notch on nutrition by adding some greens. Frozen Spinach or a stalk or two of kale. I do something similar every day. I don’t really like to eat food first thing soa smoothie is def my go to.
I am more wfpb these days but it’s prob cheaper per serve if you use protein powder, water, berries, (and greens).
