8.5lb pork butt I got from Wild Fork. Rubbed down with seasoned salt and a homemade pork rub, then smoked overnight using Kirkland pellets and pecan/cherry wood chunks in the smoke tray.
Came out absolutely delicious and perfectly moist. Made some bomb ass tacos with it.

How did your temp differ up on the warming rack compared to below, and how consistent did it stay? I haven’t put a probe up there yet.
