That’s great. Damned shame that Austin’s NIMBY jerk contingent shut down cafes and retail along the Capitol mall.
Some asshole literally stood up and shouted at Council that if they didn’t act there would be a Popeye’s Chicken on the mall. In an area underserved by Popeye’s Chicken, smh.

I have missed the original cafe since COVID shut it down. I hope it is affordable for UT salaries.
