Crispy potato salad Recipe

Ingredients:

500 to 700 grams potatoes
Olive oil
Salt, black pepper, paprika
Cucumber
Red bell pepper
1 red onion
Fresh parsley or coriander
For the dressing:

5 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard sauce
Juice of half a lemon
Black pepper and salt
Instructions:

Boil the potatoes, then place them on an oiled baking sheet and crush them slightly.
Drizzle some olive oil and your preferred spices over the potatoes. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes until crispy.
Meanwhile, chop all the vegetables and place them in a bowl.
Mix all the dressing ingredients together and add them to the salad.
Finally, add the baked potatoes to the salad and mix well.

مواد لازم:
500 تا 700 گرم سیب زمینی
مقداری روغن زیتون
نمک، فلفل سیاه، پاپریکا
خیار
فلفل دلمه ای قرمز
1 عدد پیاز قرمز
شوید یا جعفری تازه خورد شده

5 قاشق غذاخوری ماست
2 قاشق غذاخوری مایونز
1 قاشق غذاخوری سس خردل
نصف آب لیموترش
فلفل سیاه و نمک
طرز تهیه:
سیب زمینی ها را آبپز کنید و در سینی فر روی کاغذ روغنی بچینید و له کنید، مقداری روغن زیتون و ادویه های دلخواه را اضافه کرده وبعد در فر با دمای 180 درجه به مدت 20 دقیقه قرار دهید تا کریسپی شود. در این فاصله همه سبزیجات را خورد کرده ودر ظرفی میریزیم. تمام مواد سس را با هم مخلوط کرده و به سالاد اضافه میکنیم و در پایان سیب زمینی ها را هم اضافه و مخلوط میکنیم. نوش جان
