you’re going to love this Italian
danelian soup which we also call choria
Soup AKA Easter soup in my family it’s
like a mix between Italian wedding soup
chicken soup and then you throw in some
dandelions at the end it’s so good and
one of my favorite memories from Easter
Sundays growing up so you start by
making your stock and then you go on to
the meatballs now traditionally for this
soup my great-grandmother only used meat
and then salt and pepper for the
meatballs but because I’m me I wanted to
make them a little bit fancier so I’m
doing some of the usual things the only
difference between these meatballs and
my regular meatballs is that I’m only
using ground beef here I don’t feel like
doing the meatball try fecta of beef ve
and pork but you can’t do that if you
want to and you should always do that
for your Sunday sauce meatballs anyways
next you’re going to strain your stock
and shred your chicken and add that back
to a pot along with the meatballs and
the danzel liion once that’s almost done
you’re going to add in your egg whites
swirl it all around and then boom you
got yourself a seated old school
Esposito Easter
