Homemade Caesar Dressing
Ingredients:

200-250 gr Greek Yoghurt
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Anchovy paste
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
1/2 fresh Lemon
100 gr. Parmesan Cheese
1 clove fresh garlic
1 tbsp Olive oil
pinch of salt
pepper
50 gr Parmesan Cheese for garnishing

Procedure
1. Put all the ingredienst in abowl.
2. Blend them all together
3. Taste it, and make any adjustments if you want to, it depends your taste buds.
4. Store it in a jar, and keep it cool for about a week.
5, Stir it before using
6. Apply some to your Caesar Salad.
7, Garnish your salad with Parmesan cheese.
